The median time to the supplier's first reply to a buyer message over the last 90 days. Unanswered conversations are included as the slowest cases. Conversations newer than 48 hours are excluded because a reply is still timely. Each buyer organization contributes one observation regardless of how many conversations it opens, so one buyer cannot determine the indicator alone. Response to quotation requests

The proportion of requests for quotation the supplier answered with a quote, among requests it was invited to over the last 90 days. Declining a request counts as not sending a quote. Invitations newer than 7 days and requests never opened to suppliers are excluded. Each buyer organization contributes one observation regardless of how many invitations it sends. The available history of buyer organizations inviting this supplier over the last 90 days is too limited to calculate a proportion. A new supplier that has not received invitations is not a supplier refusing to respond.

Time since the organization registered on the platform. This is not the age of the factory or its market experience.
